MOST EQUIPMENT REQUIRES ELECTRICITY WITHIN 100 FEET AND A LEVEL GRASSY AREA; IF EITHER IS NOT AVAILABLE YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE BEFORE YOUR EVENT. WE HAVE GROUND COVERS AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE, AND GENERATORS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $75.00. ICE IS NOT INCLUDED IN SNO CONE SUPPLIES. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED WITH OUR INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. IN MOST CASES WE CAN RESOLVE THE MATTER OVER THE PHONE. NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. CANCELLATION: ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL. DEPOSITS ARE GOOD FOR 1 YEAR FROM TIME OF BOOKING. IN THE CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER TO AVOID A TURN-AROUND FEE OF $50.00 PER VEHICLE, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT LEAST FOUR HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT STARTING TIME. ANY FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT. ALL PRICES ARE FOR FOUR HOURS OPERATION. ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED SUCH AS CORDS VALUED AT $50. SNO CONE SPOONS VALUED AT $5. AND SNO CONE PUMPS VALUED AT $7. MUST BE PAID AT PICK-UP IF NOT RETURNED.Client acknowledges that the use of Kiddie Cabaret Amusements, equipment, services, and programs involve may involve an inherent risk of personal injury to Client and Client’s guests and invitees. Client voluntarily agrees to assume all risks of personal injury to Client, Client’s spouse, children, unborn children, other family members, guests or invitees and waives any and all claims or actions that Client may have against Kiddie Cabaret Amusements, any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury (and no such person shall be liable to Client, Client’s spouse, children, unborn children, other family members, guests or invitees for any such personal injury) including, without limitation (i) injuries arising from the use of any equipment; (ii) injuries arising from participation in supervised or unsupervised activities; (iii) accidental injuries within Kiddie Cabaret Amusements.
